I'm Caroline. It's lovely to have you here.
I came to Reiki the way many people do — quietly, and at a time when I needed it.
My path to Reiki
I didn't come to Reiki with a plan. What began as something personal gradually became something I wanted to understand more deeply — and, eventually, to share with other people.
That led me to train in the traditional Usui system and, over time, to begin practising Reiki.
My training & lineage
I trained in the traditional Usui system and went on to become a certified Reiki Master. My training follows a direct master-to-master lineage back to Mikao Usui, and I'm a member of The Reiki Association.
Today I offer Reiki in person in Enfield Town, as well as distance Reiki for people and animals across the UK and beyond.
